Membership Terms:

Welcome to SeaCrateClub where we bring the beach to you. We offer a variety of carefully curated subscription box memberships (each, “Membership”) designed with the beach and ocean lover in mind. Please review these SeaCrateClub Subscription Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

Southwind Discovery Box

  1. Southwind Discovery Box Seasonal Memberships: A Southwind Discovery Box Seasonal Membership consists of an initial seasonal product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional seasonal Box sent out quarterly thereafter. If you sign up for a Seasonal Membership, you will be immediately billed $84.99 USD plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that season’s Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $84.99 plus any applicable taxes up to three weeks in advance of the subsequent seasonal box shipment date, and every season (so, four times a year) thereafter. Seasonal Memberships automatically renew each “Season” (i.e., calendar quarter) and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged as described above. The Southwind Discovery Box Seasonal Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed every 3 months ($84.99 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  2. Southwind Discovery Box Annual Memberships: If you choose a Southwind Discovery Box Annual Membership, your subscription will include the same Boxes as you would receive under a Southwind Discovery Box Seasonal Membership. If you sign up for an Annual Membership, you will be immediately billed $307 USD plus any applicable taxes(as a non-refundable minimum purchase). Annual Memberships automatically renew on the next billing date after your first four boxes and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term up to three weeks before the then-current Box is shipped. The Southwind Discovery Box Annual Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each year ($307 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at customerservice@seacrateclub.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) call us at 1-800-650-3884, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the recharge date. Seasonal recharge dates are February 15th, May 15th, August 15th and November 15th. Annual Membership recharge dates are exactly 1 year from when you signed up.
  4. Membership Shipment & Returns: Each Box contains an assortment of product styles, colors & scents curated by the SeaCrateClub Team. Some items in the subscription box are made exclusively for you. Once a box has been shipped it may not be returned or refunded.
  5. Gifts: Members may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own. Additional Boxes may be purchased, subject to quantity limits at the discretion of  SeaCrateClub (generally, 10 Boxes) with a reoccurring subscription.
  6. Shipping: Subscription boxes are to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground. Please keep your shipping address up to date at all times. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Seasonal shipments are as follows: Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September), Winter (December).
  7. Data Transfers: As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.

As a SeaCrateClub Subscription Box subscriber, you will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the SeaCrateClub Subscription Box.  SeaCrateClub Subscription Box content is not for resale. Your purchase of the SeaCrateClub Subscription Box does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at any time. Should a violation occur, your subscription will be immediately canceled.

SeaCrate

  1. SeaCrate Memberships: A SeaCrate Monthly Membership consists of an initial product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out monthly thereafter. If you sign up for a Monthly Membership, you will be immediately billed $39.99 USD plus shipping and taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that month’s Box or an Editor's Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. The Editor's Box is offered when the current month's Box has sold out. It may contain previous month's products and other products. After you have received your first box, your Membership will continue according to our monthly schedule and your credit or debit card will be charged $42.00 USD (plus shipping and taxes) in advance of the subsequent monthly Box shipment date, and every month thereafter.

The SeaCrate Monthly Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each month ($42.00 USD, plus shipping and any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 4 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.

  1. SeaCrate 6-Month Memberships: If you choose a SeaCrate 6-Month Membership, your subscription will include the same Boxes as you would receive under a SeaCrate Monthly Membership. If you sign up for a 6-Month Membership, you will be immediately billed $199 plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase. The SeaCrate 6-Month Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each every 6 months ($199 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  2. SeaCrate 12-Month Memberships: If you choose a SeaCrate 12-Month Membership, your subscription will include the same Boxes as you would receive under a SeaCrate Monthly Membership. If you sign up for a 12-Month Membership, you will be immediately billed $399 plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase. The SeaCrate 12-Month Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each annually ($399 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 4 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at customerservice@seacrateclub.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; (b) call us at 1-800-650-3884, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the recharge date. Six-Month Subscriptions are exactly 6 months from when you signed up. Annual Membership recharge dates are exactly 1 year from when you signed up. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
  4. VIP Memberships: All 6-Month and 12-Month SeaCrate Members are automatically upgraded to Select Memberships. We may also award VIP Memberships to Monthly Members based on purchase history and otherwise at our discretion or permit Members to pay to upgrade to a VIP Membership.  VIP Members enjoy the following benefits:  Their SeaCrate Box ships free of charge and in our first shipping group, exclusive access to sales, discounts, and add-ons, opportunities to customize their Box each month, and influence the contents and themes of future SeaCrate Boxes.

Beach Please

  1. Beach Please Memberships: A Beach Please Monthly Membership consists of an initial product packet (each, a “Packet”) and an additional Packet sent out monthly thereafter. If you sign up for a Monthly Membership, you will be immediately billed $19.99 USD plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase) and that month’s Packet or an Editor's Packet will be the first packet you receive. The specific packet you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. The Editor's Packet is offered when the current month's Packet has sold out. It may contain previous month's products and other products. After you have received your first Packet, your Membership will continue according to our monthly schedule and your credit or debit card will be charged $19.99 USD (plus any applicable taxes) in advance of the subsequent monthly Packet shipment date, and every month thereafter. 

The Beach Please Monthly Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed each month ($19.99 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 4 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.

  1. Beach Please 6-Month Memberships: If you choose a Beach Please 6-Month Membership, your subscription will include the same Packets as you would receive under a Beach Please Monthly Membership. If you sign up for a 6-Month Membership, you will be immediately billed $99 plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase. The Beach Please 6-Month Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed every 6 months ($99 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 3 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  2. Beach Please 12-Month Memberships: If you choose a Beach Please 12-Month Membership, your subscription will include the same Boxes as you would receive under a Beach Please Monthly Membership. If you sign up for a 12-Month Membership, you will be immediately billed $199 plus any applicable taxes (as a non-refundable minimum purchase. The Beach Please 12-Month Membership is for an ongoing service that is billed annually ($199 USD, plus any applicable taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.  Unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see section 4 "Cancellation Policy" below), you will continue to be charged as described above.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.
